Autumn Time

Happy 1st Birthday, Jaydon!

It's hard to believe that one year ago today Jaydon joined our family. He is such a blessing to us! Happy first birthday Jaydon! We love you!

Summer Visitors

This summer we've had lots of visitors through our home. In July Jon's youngest sister Kayla flew up for 3 1/2 weeks. We had a great time with her, taking her to Pennsylvania, Barrie, Huntsville and Niagara Falls.
In August we enjoyed a visit with Nanny Ward (Jon's Mom) and Jessica (Melissa's friend from LBC).

Happy Independence Day!

Happy Canada Day!

Today after church we joined in the festivities in Meaford celebrating Canada Day. They had a Military Parade, which included soldiers, a pipe band and a horse drawn carriage. We also enjoyed some Canada Day cake!

Toronto Zoo

Last Monday we went to the Toronto Zoo with the Lyons. We had a great day, and took lots of pictures. Here are some of our favorites.

Happy 31st birthday to my dear husband! I love you babe.

Jaydon - 8 months old

Our sweet little Jay is 8 months old. Time is passing way too quickly for Melissa's liking! He loves smiling at people, cuddling with anyone that will hold him, and his new tricks are waving and clapping. He is such a joy!

LBC Roommate Reunion

On a recent trip to Pennsylvania, Melissa was able to visit some of her roommates from her days at Lancaster Bible College. The girls had a great time catching up, and the kids had fun playing together!

Knoebels Amusement Resort

Not too far from Danville is a great family owned and operated amusement park called Knoebels. It has free parking and free admission (you just get a handstamp or pay by the ride). Andrew had a blast on the kiddie rides, and surprised us by loving the kiddie whip!

Sunny Days

The last few weeks have been really busy for our family. We took a short trip to Schroon Lake, NY, so Jon could have some meetings with the Deans. Melissa's Mom and Grandfather were able to join us, and help Melissa with the boys.

We are enjoying this nicer weather! Andrew wants to play outside all the time.
